ELSCO’S CHEMICAL TANK

(CONVERTS TO A DISPENSER/SPREADER)

The perfect solution to the storage problem of large amounts of SUPER BLAST OFF® (or other chemicals) is ELSCO'S CHEMICAL HOLDING TANK. The tank is portable and constructed of blow-molded polyethylene incased in a steel cage and mounted on a steel or wooden pallet. It has a maximum water or chemical capacity of 275 U.S. gallons (1050 liters). When the tank is empty of SUPER BLAST OFF®, it is easily converted to a DISPENSER/SPREADER, which can be used to effectively disperse a mixture of SUPER BLAST OFF® and water over a large flat area in an even pattern. The unique design of the DISPENSER/SPREADER will allow users to apply, with complete control, the recommended dilutions of SUPER BLAST OFF®.

DISCHARGE CONNECTION 2" NPT (MALE)

USE ONLY PARTS SUPPLIED BY ELSCO. USE OF ANY OTHER PARTS WILL NULLIFY THE
WARRANTY.  METAL FITTINGS AND PARTS HAVE TOO MUCH WEIGHT FOR THE VALVE.

NOTE: For reliable operating conditions of Dispenser/Spreader in use, make sure that the valve is tightly fixed on the bottom outlet of the container (tighten the ring if necessary and make sure the ring area is not leaking check before and after every use).

JOINTS AND DISPENSING FIXTURES THAT MUST BE ATTACHED WHEN YOU RECEIVE
THE ELSCO DISPENSING/SPREADER

All of the above fittings are constructed using 1 ¼” PVC with a rating of 370psi.

(1)(2) & (3) Are short, threaded connections to make for easy removal and storage of the spreading pipe.

(4) & (5) are permanently bonded together

(6) & (7) are threaded to fit into five and both are capped on one end. In the two pipes numbered (6) & (7) is a series of holes which allow the solution in the 275 gallon holding tank to be spread evenly once the valve is open and the spreader is moved across the surface to be cleaned.

NOT SHOWN IS A SMALL PLASTIC BRACE WHICH FITS BENEATH THE VALVE AND SUPPORTS THE DISPERSER/SPREADER PIPE AND FITTINGS.
